Meet Our Team
Friendly Faces. Expert Builders.
As a full-service Triangle luxury home builder, Massengill Design-Build brings a meticulous approach to detail and an award-winning dedication to excellence.
Our roots run deep in Fuquay-Varina, and as second-generation builders, our MDB pros are proud to partner with an expansive network of trusted local vendors & artisans to elevate every #MassengillMade home. Unlike other builders, we believe a custom build shouldn’t come with cookie-cutter selections or layout limitations. By collaborating directly with our clients from the drafting table to delivery, we ensure no detail of their dream home is overlooked.
Simply put? We’re not designing developments or delivering basic builds; we’re creating communities and crafting your vision from the ground up. When you’re ready to come home, we’re ready to get started.

“I love this builder so much, that this was the second home I have purchased with them. The quality, selections, timeline and ease of communication made the building process fun. And as a professional in the real estate industry, I am aware of many builders but I only called Massengill Design Build for my personal home. They are the best!”
